From global crewing services to port logistics personnel and onshore specialists. In addition, ship delivery is a specialty of the house, where we arrange everything when it concerns transferring ships.

Our history
TOS was established in 1992 by Kees Wagenaar, an experienced ship captain, and his business partner. They identified a unique opportunity in the maritime sector for flexible personnel solutions, which led to the founding of the company on the docks of Rotterdam.
Driven by a deep-seated commitment to freedom and autonomy, these values have remained central to TOS’s operations over the years. As the company has grown, Kees Wagenaar’s two sons, Ivan and Tanguy Wagenaar, have joined the business, each bringing their own unique contributions. Today, TOS is a key player in this dynamic industry, maintaining the core principles of independence and adaptability that have been its foundation since the beginning.
